Saturday Morning with the Sea Turtles

Event Schedule:

Beginning at 10:00 am, activities will be organized in stations that will each accommodate approximately 30 people. Participants will rotate through all stations in 20-minute intervals. A brief program, followed by lunch refreshments will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Come and enjoy this morning of fun and interactive programs for your family and friends with the staff of the Georgia Sea Turtle Center!

When: Saturday, March 21, 2009, 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Where: Georgia Aquarium, Arctic Room
Admission: $25.00 Individual – includes lunch, parking & admission to the Georgia Aquarium;
$100.00 Family Sponsor – includes lunch, parking, admission to the Georgia Aquarium, event recognition, and gift bag.

Activities include a puppet show, skit, arts & crafts, interactive exhibits, sea turtle patient updates, and a scavenger hunt! Lunch and an ‘On Your Own’ Tour of The Georgia Aquarium are included.

It is not too late….Simply contact us by phone at 912.635.4402 or foundation@jekyllisland.com.  You can pay the admission fee Saturday morning at check in.

Can I just show up Saturday morning?

Yes, you can!  But, if possible, we ask that you let us know you will be attending.  You can pay the admission fee that morning at check in.

Where do I go Saturday morning?

DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE AQUARIUM. 

After parking in the parking garage, look for the elevators which will take you to level 1.  Exit the elevator and walk straight ahead across the deck.  Just before the ballroom doors there is a blue carpet leading to double gray doors.  Enter through those doors and follow the sign to the Atlantic Room. Please be advised no guns, knives, matches or lighters will be permitted in the building.

An event wristband and parking voucher will be issued to you at Event Check In.
