Kenneth R. Farrell is currently serving as Interim President and CEO of First Chatham Bank in Savannah, GA. Prior to joining First Chatham Bank in 2006, Farrell served as Market President and Regional Small Business Market Manager for Bank of America. He headed up the Small Business and Premier Banking business lines for all of the Bank of America community markets across the State of Georgia. Prior to that, he was the President and CEO of Barnett Bank of Southeast Georgia, N.A.
His community involvement includes membership on the Board of Trustees of the College of Coastal Georgia Foundation and serving as the Chairman of the Committee on Trustees. In addition, he is on the board of managers for the Golden Isles YMCA and is an Emeritus Director of the Golden Isles YMCA Foundation. He has previously served as Chairman of the Brunswick-Glynn County Development Authority and Chairman of the United Way of Coastal Georgia.
Ken and his wife Vonny reside on St Simons Island, Georgia and have two grown children and two grandchildren. Ken and his wife are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Brunswick and were participants in the Leadership Georgia Class of 2001.
